Inhabiting the HR-perspective, I researched current implementations, and aligned the executive team around a design vision. The main focus was establishing the overall structure, look and feel of the application and to take a user-centric approach that doesn't assume heavy tech-literacy. I suggested utilizing well-known design vocabulary with project folders and templates, letting Microsoft Office-veterans maintain control over file hierarchy.
